Any broker that receives your information from UtahMortgageNetwork.com has pledged to provide wholesale mortgage rates and/or charge no more than a 1% origination fee.

UtahMortgageNetwork.com mortgage brokers have agreed not to charge “junk” fees that include application and mortgage broker fees.

UtahMorgageNetwork.com brokers will not pressure borrowers into making financial choices that do not provide a benefit to the borrowers.

All UtahMortgageNetwork.com brokers must comply with all local, state, and federal lending laws.
